Ember Chimney & Fireplace: CSIA-Certified, BBB A-Rated Chimney Sweep in DFW

Ember offers chimney sweeps, inspections, chimney repair and gas fireplace repair in Colleyville, Fort Worth and Dallas, with a $149 Chimney Safety Package.

COLLEYVILLE, TX, UNITED STATES, October 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Ember Chimney & Fireplace, a BBB Accredited Business with an A rating from the Better Business Bureau, is now booking winter chimney sweeps and safety inspections for homeowners across Dallas-Fort Worth. The company's technicians are certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA), and its crews work from its Colleyville office and its Fort Worth office in Texas.

With heating season starting in North Texas, Ember is encouraging homeowners to have their chimneys swept and inspected before the first regular fires of the year. The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) recommends that chimneys, fireplaces and vents be inspected at least once a year. Creosote, a combustible byproduct of burning wood, builds up along the flue liner over time and is the main fuel behind chimney fires.

"Most chimney problems are invisible from the living room," said Yuval Carmel, co-owner of Ember Chimney & Fireplace. "A cracked crown, a damaged liner or heavy creosote can go unnoticed for years. That is why every sweep we do comes with an inspection and photos, so the homeowner sees exactly what we saw."

The $149 Chimney Safety Package

Ember's Chimney Safety Package includes a full sweep of the flue, smoke chamber and firebox, a top-to-bottom chimney safety inspection, and a photo report of the findings. If a repair is needed and booked within 30 days, the full $149 is credited toward the repair price.

How Ember Works

Ember built its process around the most common complaints homeowners have about chimney companies: mess, surprise pricing, slow replies and no proof of the work.

- Zero-Mess Guarantee: drop cloths from the door to the hearth, a sealed firebox and HEPA vacuums for the entire job.
- Photo report after every sweep, covering the crown, flue, smoke chamber and firebox.
- Written price before any repair starts. Nothing is done until the homeowner approves it.
- A real person calls back within 10 minutes of every request.
- Same-day service available.
- CSIA-certified technicians who are licensed, bonded and insured.

Services

In addition to sweeping, Ember provides chimney inspection (Level 1 and Level 2, including camera scans for home sales), chimney repair, crown rebuilds, flashing repair, chimney cap installation, masonry repair and tuckpointing, and chimney relining. On the fireplace side, the company handles fireplace cleaning, gas and wood fireplace repair, including pilot lights, thermocouples, igniters, valves and burners, and installation of gas log sets, fireplace inserts, gas fireplaces and wood stoves. Ember also offers dryer vent cleaning.
